Mandy has studied design, makeup, special effects and has degrees and certificates in all of these fields. She has worked in beauty and specifically eyebrow and eyelash design professionally starting in 2000 and has been educating since 2008. Mandy has and in-depth knowledge of both technical procedures as well as design and how eyebrows can change ones whole face. In 2008 Mandy's brand LAshX won a best of Allure award for its innovation. She is also the recognized as a leader and mentor by the renowned Cosmetic Executive Women organization.
